DAY 1: Srinagar To Pahalgam to Deno Valley

The journey begins with an early morning pick-up from Srinagar at 6:00 AM, followed by a scenic drive to Ganeshbal Pahalgam, situated approximately 90 kilometers from the city. Upon arrival, the trek leader will provide a briefing about the trek, ensuring you are fully prepared for the adventure ahead. Before setting off, a packed lunch will be provided to keep your energy up throughout the day. Kickstart your journey with an invigorating 4.4-kilometer trek through the captivating Deno Valley, a path framed by the towering presence of Spruce, Pine, and Fir trees. As you step into this lush forest, you are immediately immersed in the tranquility of Kashmir’s natural beauty, where the scent of pine mingles with the crisp mountain air. This initial stretch of the trek, ascending from 2,100 meters to 2,515 meters, sets the stage for the grand adventure ahead on the Tulian Lake trek. The path begins with a steady yet manageable climb, gently guiding you through the verdant undergrowth and offering glimpses of the surrounding peaks as you ascend.
